These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the arventapro.com website, operated by Arventapro S.A. ("Arventapro"). By accessing and using this site, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of service
Arventapro offers educational programs in the field of trading and financial investments. The content provided is exclusively for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, or invitation to operate in financial markets.
3. Disclaimer
Trading and investing in financial markets carry a significant risk of capital loss. Past results do not guarantee future results. Arventapro does not guarantee the achievement of profits or the avoidance of losses as a result of the training provided. Each participant is responsible for their own investment decisions.
4. Intellectual property

7. Cancellation policy
Participants may request cancellation of their enrollment within 10 calendar days of enrollment, in accordance with Article 34 of Consumer Protection Law 24,240. Beyond this period, the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of enrollment will apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arventapro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or educational programs.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
10. Modifications
Arventapro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site after publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
